Founded by San Diego entrepreneur and endurance athlete Steven Soucoup, Soco Moves brings discipline, resilience, and integrity to every project. The same mindset required to train for a marathon, preparation, endurance, and consistency, drives the way we approach every move and junk removal job.

We are a licensed and insured Intrastate California Household Mover (CAL-T203696), providing professional moving and junk removal services across San Diego County and throughout California. From Point Loma and La Jolla to Chula Vista, Mission Valley, North Park, and surrounding communities, we proudly serve the region we call home.

Our services include local residential moving, intrastate California relocations to cities such as Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco, labor-only moving help, PODS and storage container loading, heavy lifting, and junk removal including mattress removal and furniture disposal.
