Arrange the pickup before promising a delivery time

• Confirm the store or seller can release the item, and share the pickup contact and available window.
• Provide item photos or dimensions, including any glass, stone or unusually heavy parts.
• Check the route at both addresses: doorways, stairs, elevators and the distance from loading to the room.
• Include assembly, disassembly or old-furniture removal requests so each part can be confirmed in the estimate.
